Health protection
I conduct workplace inspections, analyze accidents, and derive measures for accident prevention. KPIs such as long-term accident rate (LTIFR), near misses, training rates, and compliance rates measurably demonstrate the effectiveness of these measures. I also conduct risk assessments for mental health, maternity protection, and computer workstations.
Occupational safety
As a certified occupational safety specialist (ASiG, ArbSchG, DGUV Regulations 1 & 2), I provide safety-related support to companies, create risk assessments, operating instructions, and conduct training sessions. I implement integrated management systems according to ISO 45001.
Environment
I support notification and approval processes according to the Federal Immission Control Act (BImSchG), develop environmentally friendly processes, and monitor environmental performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) such as emissions, energy consumption, waste rates, and compliance rates. I implement integrated management systems according to ISO 14001.
Fire protection
HSE NRW handles the appointment of external fire safety officers (BSB) for companies in North Rhine-Westphalia. We ensure the legally compliant implementation of all fire safety measures, advise you on preventive and reactive fire protection, and support your company during audits and inspections.
